Everyone needs to step away from work periodically throughout the day. It is legally required! However, many can find their work to be too consuming to step away from.

It is imperative for our nervous systems to not be optically attached to a screen for 8 straight hours every single day. We are humans, not robots.

I’m here to offer quick advice, as well. I’ve worked in offices all my life, and am well-versed in the ailments of computer work and overall nervous system wellness and mindfulness.
