Pilates is a wonderful activity for all ages. It is a mind-body exercise utilized for injury prevention, improving posture, and generally just moving with ease in your daily life. Do not be fooled by some of the pilates you see in your social media feeds. Pilates is not a trend. It is not a weight loss workout.

Pilates is where concentration meets mobilization. Proper joint and spinal alignment paired with focused breathing. When we connect our thinking to our movements; when we challenge our brains and bodies simultaneously, we promote neuroplasticity in the brain and support our nervous systems.
